1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PLUGGED, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform or purchase any bundle.
2. What You're Buying
Each bundle grants a single user lifetime access to a curated list of vetted third-party suppliers, including links, minimum order quantities, pricing references and quality ratings. PLUGGED is an information and curation service — we are not a manufacturer, supplier or reseller of any physical goods.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Bundle access is licensed to you personally and may not be shared, resold, redistributed or published in whole or in part.
4. Payments, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
All bundles are one-time purchases processed securely by Stripe. Our products are digital content supplied instantly. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). As a result, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. If you experience a genuine access or technical issue, contact Support and we will resolve it — including a refund where we are unable to deliver what you paid for.
5. Third-Party Suppliers & Link Availability
We vet every supplier for stock, communication and product quality at the time of listing, but we do not control third parties. Suppliers rotate stock and individual listings can change or expire over time, so an occasional link may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Every supplier link opens in a new, isolated browser tab. If a link does not load, refresh and retry it, then use the image-search fallback included with each bundle to find a live equivalent; if you are still stuck, contact Support and we will provide a working replacement. We are not liable for the actions, pricing, shipping, product quality or availability of any supplier, and any transaction you make with a supplier is solely between you and that supplier.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or duplicate our supplier data, or to misrepresent your affiliation with PLUGGED. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
PLUGGED provides curated information on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on supplier listings or from any dealings with third-party suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
